How to make a Moving Crane Bot

Hello Makers!
I am back again with a new Robotics model. Let's make a Moving Crane Bot this time. This is an advanced model made from Avishkaar Robotronics FULL and some additional accessories.

Here is the list of component required to make your own Moving Crane Bot :

  •  Long Rectangular plate : 2
  •  Short Rectangular Plate :2
  •  Long U  : 1
  •  Flexible Strip : 1
  •  Motor : 4
  •  Square Plate : 4
  •  L Angel :6
  •  Big Round Gear : 3
  •  Mini Gear :4
  •  Wheels : 2
  •  Caster wheel :1
  •  $ inch Axle Shaft : 2 
Steps for making a Moving Crane Bot

Step : 1

Take two long rectangular plates & add it as shown in image.
 
Step : 2

Now connect two L angle & two square plates at one side as in image.
 
Step : 3

Make a assembly with two L-angle, one square plate & a caster wheel.
 
Step : 4

Add it to the base of robot like this.
 
Step : 5

Fix two motors on both the square plates.
 
Step : 6

Now add filler, then a wheel to the both motor's shaft & fix it with the axle lock.
 
Step : 7

Now add one more motor to the base surface of the robot & fix it with the motor nuts.
 
Step : 8

Now let’s make a gear assembly box by fixing two L angle on a square plate and two short rectangular plates on both L angle.
 
Step : 9

Now add a motor to one of the rectangular plate at center Hole no 3 from bottom of the plate & add two mini round gears to the shaft of motor.
 
Step : 10

Add a 4 inch axle shaft to the 6th center hole from the top of the same short rectangular plate.
 
Step : 11

Now add a long U with two big Gear & a flexible strip at the long U.
 
Step : 12

Add it with the gear train at Hole no 3 from top of the same plate.
 
Step : 13

Now mount that crane assembly to the 3rd motor connected with the base floor & fix it with the axle lock and you robot is ready to rock :)
